The Empower Dental SuperFan Club is provided as a service to our patients without dental insurance. Membership is available for individuals and additional family members.
Our Adult Healthy SuperFan Club and Child Healthy SuperFan Club members receive all exams and x-rays, including emergency exams if needed. They also receive 2 cleanings per year (1110 or 1120) and fluoride varnish.*
Our Adult Perio SuperFan Club members receive all exams and x-rays, including emergency exams if needed. They receive 4 periodontal maintenance cleanings per year (4910) and fluoride varnish.
All SuperFans receive 20% off our regular fees for any other needed treatment that we provide, with no exclusions. Our SuperFan members get great discounts on all their care, stay well maintained so any needs are caught early when they are smaller, less costly, and easier to treat, and get all the preventative services and personalized attention our office offers. Plus cosmetic services like bleaching, veneers, and implants that insurance generally doesn’t cover are also included in the 20% discount.** And there is no yearly maximum, unlike insurances.

**Procedures that we do not provide in our office are not included in the SuperFan Club, and procedures that require referral to a Specialist are not included in the SuperFan Club.
